What sessions cost, plainly
No surprises: the full fee, the Medicare rebate, and what stays out of pocket, all on one page. One rate, priced by length, never by therapy type, so choosing EMDR costs nothing extra.
You do not need a referral to start. A GP referral with a Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHTP) unlocks the rebate, up to 10 individual sessions per calendar year.

Telehealth attracts the same rebate as in-person sessions. Claims are lodged through Tyro on the day; most rebates return within 24 to 48 hours.
How the Medicare rebate works补贴流程
- See your GP for a Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHTP). Any GP can prepare one; mention you would like to see an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker. 请 GP 开具心理健康治疗计划（MHTP）。
- Book and attend your session. Bring or email the plan before your first session. 预约并参加会谈，首次会谈前提供计划。
- The claim is lodged on the day. Processed through Tyro at the practice; nothing for you to file. 当日提交 Medicare 申报，无需自行办理。
- Rebate back within 24 to 48 hours, up to 10 individual sessions per calendar year. 补贴 24 至 48 小时内到账，每个日历年最多 10 节。

Self-funded自费
No GP referral or plan needed: book directly and pay the session fee. Some people start self-funded and add a Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHTP) later. 无需 GP 转介或治疗计划，直接预约、支付会谈费用即可。也可以先自费开始，之后再补办 MHTP。
NDISNDIS 计划

Private health insurance私人医保
Some extras (General Treatment) policies cover sessions with an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker; funds and tiers vary. Call your fund and ask: "Does my extras cover sessions with an AMHSW, item codes 80150/80160?" No GP referral is needed to claim. International students, OSHC留学生医保
